It's the Strong Arm Alchemist, Major Alex Louis Armstrong from Full Metal Alchemist!
Drawing muscular characters is always the most fun thing for me to draw and who better draw than the manliest gentleman in anime! I also needed practice drawing back muscles (which there are a lot more than I was expecting!) and since Major Armstrong is usually shirtless he made for a good subject!
I'm shocked it took me this long to draw something from Full Metal Alchemist considering how much I love the show and manga!
